Help for your meeting

Chat, watch a how-to, or look up the answer.

Ask about your meeting, your plan, or a how-to. Answers come from the videos and questions on this page, and the assistant can open a ticket with a person when it needs to.

TRAINING

Watch a how-to

Each one starts with a question and answers it in the live product, in a minute or three.

How to change your room layout

Open layouts while you are in the meeting. Pick gallery when you want everyone visible, speaker when one person should lead, or a view that keeps shared content clear. You can switch views live without ending the call.

How to brand your Meetn room

Before people join, set background, overlay, and colors so the room looks like your brand. Guests see your look on entry and exit, not a generic default.

How to play videos in meetings

Add a video to the meeting so everyone watches together. You can play a file you own or a YouTube clip. Guests do not need a separate link in chat.

How to schedule a Meetn event

Create a one-time or repeating event, set the time, and copy the shareable room link. Send that link in your invite. Same link for the live session.

How to edit or delete Meetn events

Open the event to change the time or details. For a series, choose whether you are editing one occurrence or the whole series. Delete removes it from the calendar.

How to manage your attendees

Approve who enters, mute someone, promote a co-host, or lock the room. Waiting room and host approval keep the list clean when you need it.

How to manage your notifications

Mute alerts for this call only, or change the lasting default in Settings. Keep the pings that matter and quiet the rest while you host.

How to manage org membership

Invite teammates, decide who can host which room, and keep the shared calendar readable. Membership is for people who run rooms with you, not for every guest.

How to troubleshoot audio/video

Check browser permission for camera and mic, pick the right device in the Meetn toolbar, then refresh if needed. If only one person is stuck, start with their device.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Have a different question? Write to [email protected]. Real people who use the product, typically within a few hours.

Most video calls leave the next step in the chat. Meetn puts the form, the button, and the content in the meeting. People click. Nothing to install. Replays keep those buttons working. Business includes a 3-day free trial.
Yes. Meetn runs in the browser, phones and tablets included. Send the room link, tap it, you're in. Nothing to install, no app-store detour.
No. Guests join without a Meetn account. Open the exact link the host sent, type your name, and join from the browser. Host approval or a waiting room may apply. Free accounts are no longer active, so do not create one to join as a guest. If the page still wants a signup, you may be on a sign-in screen, or this event uses registration (a form, not a Meetn account). Still stuck: write to [email protected] and paste the link.
Guests do not need a Meetn account or a download. Open the exact link the host sent, type your name, and join from the browser. If the page still wants a signup, you may be on a sign-in screen, or this event uses registration (a form, not a Meetn account). Do not create a Free account. Still stuck: write to [email protected] and paste the link.
The room feels familiar, the controls sit where you'd expect them, and guests join from a single link with no downloads and no account. If you can send a link, you can run a Meetn.

Approve guests, mute, promote a co-host, or lock the room. Turn Waiting room on for this call from People, or set Require host approval in room Settings for a lasting default. Watch How to manage your attendees in Training.
Mute alerts for this call, or change the lasting default in Settings. Watch How to manage your notifications in Training.
Watch How to troubleshoot audio/video in Training (about 3 minutes). Check browser camera and mic permission, pick the right device in the Meetn toolbar, then refresh. Then write to [email protected] with when it happened, the room link, what you saw, who was affected, your device and browser, and what you already tried.
Yes. Connect YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, or any custom RTMP destination once, then go live to all of them at once with one click.
Recording is not a permanent button on the main toolbar. Hosts and co-hosts open More → Host controls → Start recording. Guests do not see this control. When the session ends, find the file under Recordings in the dashboard.
You name events before you record, so nothing gets lost in a pile of cryptic files. Every recorded session can become an interactive replay: a shareable link where viewers scrub the timeline while your polls, forms, and buttons keep working.
Yes. Phone dial-in is available on paid plans. Tell us you want it and we'll switch it on. Callers are full participants: they hear everyone, everyone hears them, and they can appear in captions and the recording.
Yes. Pro and Business include 3 signatures per month. Ultimate makes signatures unlimited on that room. Put the document in the meeting so people can sign while you are still together. Need more on Pro or Business? Add them on Pricing. If the control is not in your room, write to [email protected].
A Pro room holds up to 100 people and a Business room up to 500. Add Ultimate to a Business room and it holds 1,000. Same room, same link, whichever you pick.
Business includes a 3-day free trial, with transcription and generative AI switched on. Pro starts paid. Pick a plan when you're sure. Enterprise is a conversation with Meetn, not a trial checkout.
Yes. You can cancel anytime. No phone call. No required reason. Sign in, open your dashboard, go to Billing, and choose Cancel subscription. If you have any trouble or concerns, email [email protected]. Your account stays active until the end of the billing period.
All major credit and debit cards, billed monthly or annually in USD. Annual billing gives you two months free; enterprise invoicing is available. Contact us.
Free accounts are no longer active. Free is not for sale and cannot be restored. Choose a paid plan on Pricing to reactivate. If you have a Lifetime or AppSumo purchase, see the Lifetime / AppSumo question instead.
Your Lifetime or AppSumo deal can still apply when you bought a Meetn lifetime deal or an AppSumo deal, the purchase was not refunded, and you still have the original deal terms or a receipt / AppSumo order email. We honor those original terms. We are not selling new lifetime deals, and we are not running new AppSumo campaigns. Write to [email protected] from the email on the purchase with the email on the deal, the original terms or receipt, and the room link if you have it. A person will confirm the purchase and that no refund was issued. Your deal is not active when a refund was issued (license closed; you can start a new paid subscription on Pricing), or when you are asking about a suspended Free account (choose a paid plan on Pricing).
On the sign-in page, use “Have an old Meetn account? Recover access.” If you are stuck after 2.0, write to [email protected].
Write to [email protected]. Email is answered by people who use the product, typically within a few hours. The Meetn assistant is on this page when you want an instant answer.
You own everything you create. We never sell your data or share your content, and your meetings are encrypted in transit. Privacy mode can keep attendee activity out of durable logs.
Open People on the toolbar and turn Waiting room on. That is for this call only. For a lasting default, open the room Settings and turn on Require host approval. Waiting room controls who enters; it is a host setting, not a privacy certification.
